The hotel is located right in front of a convenient mall and a Carrefour shopping center. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with working air conditioning. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, providing exemplary service. Sufficient food was available at breakfast.
The lobby is small and not inviting to sit in.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The City Center Me'aisam across the road was very convenient. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely come back. we recommend the hotel.

The service at this hotel was really good! The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer any questions and provide guidance on the best places to visit in the city. the housekeeping service was great, ensuring that my room was always clean and tidy.
One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the noise disturbance from other rooms. There were instances where neighbors were loud and inconsiderate, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.

I loved the excellent facilities at the hotel, including thevery comfy and tidy rooms with everything you need. The location was fantastic right in front of a mall and with parking availability in front of the entrance. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Mr Syed who helped me with my reservation and provided excellent hospitality. Plus, the cold swimming pool was a big hit with my kids.
All was good, and I had an enjoyable stay in this city.

We had an incredible experience here! The staff were excellent, couldn't be more helpful and informative. The room was clean and came with everything we needed, including soft pillows and great hair shampoo. The hotel is well-equipped with an amazing pool, loungers, and shade if you need it. The location is perfect, isolated from restaurants offering great relaxation.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, without any doubt.
